As a well-seasoned dentist, Dr. Ellsworth brings a wealth of training to our patients. After graduating from Chaparral High School, Dr. Ellsworth attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas before his acceptance at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. After graduation in 2007, he attended a one-year residency program at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. After completion of this residency, Dr. Ellsworth spent 3 years working in private practice in Connecticut before purchasing his own practice in McMinnville, Oregon. For the past few years, Dr. Ellsworth has served throughout Las Vegas and Henderson, NV working with Smile Solutions and Desert Dental.
Dr. Ellsworth continued post-graduate training and matriculation with the Dawson Academy, which has provided advanced training in the most up-to-date procedures in dentistry. He is licensed to administer IV moderation sedation and works with others to provide general anesthesia. Everything from routine dental checkups, fillings, root canal, same-day crown, replacement of missing teeth with bridges/dental implants, or a complete smile makeover you can count on Dr. Ellsworth to provide the highest level of care in a very comfortable way for even the most fearful patient. He has helped hundreds of patients overcome their fear of dental treatment with his caring and compassionate demeanor.
Dr. Ellsworth’s mission is to improve the lives of his patients by providing an environment for them to choose overall health through oral health. This is accomplished by building trust, rapport, value, connections, commitment, and exceptional patient-centered care founded by integrity.
Both Dr. Ellsworth and his wife Channa are the parents of four children. They are happy to be back in Las Vegas, close to their large extended families and friends. Dr. Ellsworth is a Fly Fisherman and enjoys outdoor recreation.
